Chicken Pasta

Start by preparing your ingredients: 2 boneless chicken breasts, 8 oz of pasta (penne or fusilli works best), 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of marinara sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set it aside. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until it’s golden brown and fully cooked through. Once done, slice the chicken into strips.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat the chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture and bake them at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until they are crispy. While the chicken is baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan. Toss the cooked pasta with the warm marinara sauce and serve it topped with the crunchy chicken strips. For an added touch, sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top before serving. Enjoy your delicious, crunchy chicken pasta!
